Here is a live talk titled Teach every child about food. The speaker is Jamie Oliver, a British celebrity chef who shares his opinion about how we can end obesity and how sugar is killing our kids. ReplyDeleteHelping children to understand the importance of what they eat and how it effects their health is essential. However, the more age appropriate it is the impact may be greater. Starting earlier in the education process before children enter school might be ideal. I would be interested in research on how early educational interventions impact childhood obesity.
